Woodland's Urban Limit Line

In June 2006, Woodland voters approved a permanent "Urban Limit Line" that establishes a maximum footprint for the City of Woodland consistent with our community's General Plan. The Urban Limit Line prevents City expansion beyond this border and can only be "amended or repealed by a  majority of voters of Woodland" (Urban Limit Line Initiative, Page 5).
