I am very pleased to present you with information regarding our City and dedicated staff whom deliver exemplary fire and emergency services to over 57,000 residents, businesses, and visitors.

The Woodland Fire Department 2023-2028 Strategic Plan outlines a comprehensive approach to enhance emergency response, meet increasing service demands, and strengthen community engagement. Developed with Fitch & Associates, the plan focuses on improving life, property, and environmental protection, optimizing firefighter safety, and expanding public education. It includes goals to enhance efficiency, leverage modern technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility while preparing for the city's growth. The plan also emphasizes transparency, offering measurable outcomes to ensure the community stays informed about the department’s progress and future challenges.
