Compost Bin Rebates
The City offers rebates to Woodland residents, businesses, and schools that purchase a backyard or vermicompost bin. Composting worms (e.g. "red wigglers") to add to a bin are now eligible for an additional $50 rebate.

Mulch Rebate
The City offers residents and businesses $100 rebates for the purchase of plant-based mulch for use in landscaping.

Rain Barrels
The City offers rebates for rain barrels.

Weather-based Irrigation Controller
The City offers a $150 rebate for weather-based irrigation controllers. Applicants may choose to purchase hose timers in lieu of an irrigation controller.

Residential Street Tree Rebate Program
The City will reimburse the purchase price of residential street tree(s) up to $75 per address.
