City Council Seeks Applications for District 3 Council Vacancy
Woodland, CA — Due to the resignation of Angel Barajas a vacant seat exists on the Woodland City Council. This seat will be filled by appointment of the City Council. This appointment will serve out the remainder of Council Member Barajas’ Third District seat which ends in November 2022.
Individuals interested in being considered for appointment must be:
- a U.S. Citizen
- 18 years old or older
- A registered voter and resident of City Council District 3 in the City of Woodland
Individuals must be a resident of Council District 3 and remain a resident of that district for duration of the term (seat is immediately vacated upon loss of residency). Applications are available from the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 300 First Street or on the City website at www.cityofwoodland.org.
Applications will be accepted through Thursday, January 7th, 2021 at 5:00PM.
