CAL FIRE Incident Management Team 3 has been tasked with supporting the CAL FIRE Sonoma- Lake- Napa Unit, and CAL OES in working to contain the County Fire, burning in the wilderness near Lake Berryessa, west of Woodland.
CAL FIRE will be operating a incident base at the Yolo County Fair Grounds, including Gum Ave, Gibson Rd, East St and Matmor Rd. Residents are asked to please avoid the area as large fire equipment will be navigating the City Streets.
Residents may see or smell smoke in the air, at this time there is no threat to the City of Woodland. If you see fire or flames, not related to the County Fire, please call 9-1-1.
