Parking lot improvements at the lot behind the Hotel Woodland (between College and Elm) and at the lot on First Street (across from City Hall) are scheduled to begin the week of August 25.
Staff estimates that the project will be completed in late Fall 2025. During construction, each parking lot will be fully closed during portions of the work. To minimize disruption, only one parking lot will be fully closed at a time. Minor disruptions and closures of some parking spaces are to be expected.
Access to nearby residences and businesses will remain available throughout the project. However, access to and through the parking lots may not be available during the work. Adjacent residents and businesses will be notified prior to the start of the full closures of the parking lots.
