Woodland Firefighters were dispatched to the report of an early morning structure fire on the 900 block of North Street.  Firefighters arrived to find two sheds on fire in the backyards of two homes, situated near Hope Lane.  "Firefighters arrived and quickly attacked the fire, limiting the fires spread as it threatened the nearby homes" stated Battalion Chief Eric Zane.  The cause is still under investigation and firefighters reported no injuries.  Initial estimates indicated $5,000 to $8,000 in damages with up to $500,000 in property protected.  13 personnel brought the fire under control while firefighters from Willow Oak provided coverage for subsequent calls for service in the City.
