All fireworks booths open for business on June 28 at noon. Booths are run by local non-profit organizations and support youth programs. 

Only "Safe and Sane" fireworks are permitted in the City of Woodland. If you see illegal fireworks in your neighborhood and can identify the area, location, or residence, please call non-emergency dispatch at (530) 666-2411.

Progress on Matmor & Gum Project

The first pavement lift has been placed on the north side of Gum and the west side of Matmor.

Between today and Monday, traffic will switch to the opposite sides so that reconstruction efforts can continue.

Update on Kentucky Avenue Work

City crews continue to improve West Kentucky Avenue. This project will address some pavement failures by preserving the integrity of the roadway and slowing pavement deterioration. We anticipate that this work will be complete by July 10.
