Tip of the Month

Don’t get caught watering in the rain!  This year’s winter season has been a rainy one so no need to add extra water to your landscape. If you haven’t already, make sure to turn off your irrigation system. Save that water for the warm, dry summer months to come. Even better, make the most of winter rain by installing a rain barrel! Collecting and storing rainwater now means you'll have a natural water source ready to use during the summer for your garden and outdoor plants. It's a simple step to conserve water and reduce runoff.

Here's to an Amazing & Water Saving 2026

Make 2026 the Year of Saving Water

With the season of New Year’s resolutions upon us, why not choose one that benefits everyone? This year let’s make a resolution to save water. Saving water helps every living creature, especially since only about 3% of the world’s water is fresh water. Small actions can make a big difference. Remember simple water-saving habits like turning off the tap when it’s not in use, catching the not yet warm shower water in a bucket, and most importantly keeping an eye out for leaks. Leaks can waste a significant amount of our already limited water supply. With demands on our water system increasing every year, now is the time to do your part.
