NOTICE INVITING BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of Woodland, herein referred to as “City,” at the office of the Public Works Department, located at the Municipal Service Center (MSC), 655 North Pioneer Avenue, Woodland, CA 95776, until 2:00 p.m. on March 3, 2025 for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for:
Library Roof and Tile Overhang Replacement Project, LBRF2025
If you choose to send your Bid Proposal via an overnight or express service, it must be marked on the outside:
Sealed Bid for Library Roof and Tile Overhang Replacement Project – deliver immediately to the Public Works Department.
Bid Date-Time: March 3, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m.
Bids will be opened and tabulated by or on behalf of the Public Works Department immediately after 2:00 p.m. on March 3, 2025. Any bids received after the time specified shall be returned unopened.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 10, 2025 at 9:00 AM, at 250 First St Woodland, CA 95695. The project consists of the following:
- Removal and disposal of the existing roof.
- Inspection, repair, and replacement of damaged tile overhangs and associated woodwork.
- Installation of a new bituminous roofing system, metal panel system, and related components.
The City’s estimated cost for the improvements is $335,000.
