NOTICE INVITING BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of Woodland herein referred to as “City,” at the office of the City Clerk, located on the 2nd Floor at City Hall, 300 First Street, Woodland, CA 95695, until 2:00 o’clock, p.m., on May 22, 2025 for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for:
2025 ADA Improvement Project, CIP #24-03 & 25-04
Bids will be opened and tabulated by or on behalf of the City Clerk immediately after 2:00 o’clock, p.m., on May 22, 2025. Any bids received after the time specified shall be returned unopened.
This project shall be conducted in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents, all of which may be downloaded for free. Any questions regarding the project shall be submitted in writing to CIP@cityofwoodland.gov. The project consists of the following:
Installation of ADA curb ramps and replacement of existing sidewalk at various locations.
The City’s estimated cost of the improvements for base bid only is $335,000 to $435,000; the cost of base bid plus all alternates is $470,000 to $610,000.
